Eric Guerrero is the Founder and CEO of Avenue Advisors, bringing nearly two decades of hotel investment sales and advisory experience to the firm.

Eric began his brokerage career at Marcus & Millichap before joining CBRE Hotels and later HVS, where he built and led the firm's Brokerage & Advisory division. Over the course of his career, he has personally led more than 160 hotel transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion nationwide.

With a background in accounting, Eric brings an analytical mindset to brokerage and a belief that the numbers should drive the conversation. His experience spans private investors and institutional clients, with hotel transactions ranging from individual limited-service assets to multi-property portfolios.

Eric earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston and holds a Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management Certificate from Cornell University. He is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico and Texas.
