Elliot is responsible for overseeing Square Mile's equity and preferred equity investment vehicles including strategy development, capital formation, sourcing, structuring and negotiating investments and guiding business plan execution. Prior to joining Square Mile in 2008, Elliot served as an Investment Analyst for Greenstreet Real Estate Partners. Elliot received his B.S. in Economics with dual concentrations in Finance and Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

We invest across the risk spectrum and capital stack for a global client base, managing a diverse portfolio of real assets across North America and Europe. Through a broad array of strategies, we align with our clients’ ambitions by providing equity and debt capital that empowers thematic investing.  Honored to continue our decades-long dedication to delivering on our promises, we never allow what’s been done to limit what we do next.  The scope and diversity of our platform enable us to acquire, develop, and finance investment opportunities at all points in the real estate market cycle. Our investors benefit from our ability to take advantage of market arbitrage during periods when others may be forced to the sidelines.  We seek to maintain a balanced concentration on risk management and value creation throughout the entire investment lifecycle, with a service-oriented culture that drives us to keep our investors informed of how their capital is working under our stewardship.
