Duffy is responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities and providing analytic and strategic support on existing projects.  Prior to joining Castle Hill Partners, Duffy held Vice President of Acquisitions roles at Novel Coworking and Praelium Commercial Real Estate where he led the modeling and underwriting for the acquisition of 30 assets, totaling 3.5M SF and $900M in project capitalization.  Duffy received a BBA in Finance from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University

The firm has an extensive history in bankruptcy resolution, financial restructure, and the administration of CRE debt. Castle Hill Partners has acquired over $1 billion in performing and non-performing debt instruments as well as originated and issued over $1 billion in structured finance. Over the past thirty years, CHP has been capitalized by top U.S. institutional investors, including most of the major Wall Street investment banking firms.
