Castle Hill Partners (CHP) is a private investment firm which invests in special situations associated with real property and CRE debt.

The firm’s investment strategy derives from the opportunity to create value through the resolution of property and debt-related issues. Individual investment size is generally $50 million and greater with a geographic focus on the continental U.S. and Hawaii.

Castle Hill Partners is managed and owned by principals who have spent their careers in property development, operations, and financial resolutions. They have collectively acquired and developed over 6 million square feet of office and industrial space, over 20,000 multifamily units, and more than 50,000 acres of commercial and residential land. Their investment activity in distressed debt dates to the early 1990s during the U.S. Savings and Loan Crisis.

The firm has an extensive history in bankruptcy resolution, financial restructure, and the administration of CRE debt. Castle Hill Partners has acquired over $1 billion in performing and non-performing debt instruments as well as originated and issued over $1 billion in structured finance. Over the past thirty years, CHP has been capitalized by top U.S. institutional investors, including most of the major Wall Street investment banking firms.
