Drew joined Riverside Investment & Development as Executive Vice President, where he leads leasing of the firm’s office properties. Drew previously worked in CBRE’s Chicago Agency Leasing group, joining the firm after the 2014 acquisition of U.S. Equities Realty. An industry veteran with extensive local and international experience, Mr. Nieman brings substantial expertise with large-scale downtown office leasing to his role. A three-time recipient of the Chicago Office Broker of the Year award and three-time recipient of Deal of the Year award, Drew’s career includes some of the largest and highest-profile anchor tenant transactions completed in downtown Chicago. Drew is a graduate of Miami University (Oxford Ohio) with a BS in Environmental Design (Architecture) and Urban and Regional Planning.
