The Riverside Story

When John O’Donnell retired in 2010, he began investigating investment opportunities in distressed land sites in the wake of the Global Financial Crisis. Upon acquiring his first two sites, John quickly built small but highly focused teams around these two transactions and Riverside was born. Despite the scale of the projects, Riverside remains nimble, entrepreneurial and keenly focused on the core capabilities of Office and Multifamily Development, Asset Management and Leasing; outsourcing all onsite management and other functions to long-standing, third-party relationships.
