Bio
As Senior Director of Asset Management, Ms. Raigosa brings more than thirty-five years of leadership and experience to the asset management department with the implementation and guidance of procedures and processes, in addition to overseeing the asset management operations for the Company’s Eastern Region. Ms. Raigosa is responsible for implementing the investment strategy and the business plan adopted for each investment by overseeing the strategic, operational, and financial management of each property to maximize investor returns. Ms. Raigosa is a native of Southern California where she attended California State University, San Bernardino and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Prior to joining Cohen Asset Management in 2004, Ms. Raigosa was a member of the asset management team at Kilroy Realty Corporation, a publicly traded REIT located in Southern California. In addition to her involvement in organizations such as the National Kidney Foundation, the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization, Building Owners Manager Association International (BOMA), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Ms. Raigosa is an active member of the Southern California community where she has been a participant in several industry and philanthropic organizations.
