David Meline is a Vice Chairman within Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets Investment Sales Group. With his partner, Stewart Calhoun, Mr. Meline leads a twelve-person, Atlanta-based team that specializes in capital markets advisory for office and industrial investment properties throughout the southeastern United States.

With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Meline has led the disposition of over $30 billion of assets for many of the most prominent investors in the U.S. and abroad. He is a member of C&W's Global Advisory Board, Sunbelt Leadership Team, and Atlanta Executive Committee.

Mr. Meline joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1991 as one of the three candidates selected nationally for the firm's MBA Associate Program. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Meline was an Assistant Project Manager for Lowe Development Corporation in Los Angeles from 1990 to 1991 and a Real Estate Specialist for Coopers & Lybrand in Boston from 1986 through 1989.
