As Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing, Mr. Hekemian is responsible for tenant selection, lease negotiation, lease preparation, and execution thereof. With over 30 years’ experience in the real estate business, David is a key member of the Acquisitions and Development Due Diligence Team, responsible for existing lease analysis, new tenant marketing potential, and center repositioning. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of First Real Estate Investment Trust, a publicly traded REIT. Education: B.S./ Finance, Boston College
