Daniel is responsible for managing the day to day legal affairs of Square Mile, as well as providing legal counsel on new initiatives, fund formations, the structuring and execution of investments and regulatory compliance matters. Daniel also serves as Square Mile's Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Square Mile in 2010, Daniel was an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in the firm's Commercial Real Estate and Private Equity groups, where his practice focused on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formations and restructurings. Daniel received his B.A. in Near Eastern Studies from Cornell University, a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a certification in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate.
