Dali is responsible for all aspects of the real estate portfolio.

Prior to joining Belkorp in 2019, Dali spent six years as Senior Property Manager with the Larco Group, as well as three years at both McDonald Realty and Colliers International. Dali has a wealth of real estate experience, having managed commercial properties, major residential portfolios, and residential and commercial strata properties. 

Dali is a graduate of the Strata and Rental Property Management License program from the UBC Sauder School of Business.

Led by Stuart Belkin and guided by an experienced leadership team, our firm operates with a generational investment philosophy passed down since the late 1940’s, by founders Morris and Helen Belkin. We are a multi-generation family-owned investment company whose origins date back to the late 1940’s. Driven by a generational investment philosophy focused on long-term growth and value creation, our firm seeks to participate in meaningful ways as investors, partners, owners, or operators in a diverse range of businesses and real estate opportunities. We are interested in businesses that are financially promising, display opportunities for improvement, and possess strong leadership. Given our knowledgeable team and flexible nature, we are willing to look at investments in mature businesses in industries with growth potential. Generally, we do not participate in venture investment.

In addition to control equity investments, our team is willing to consider investments in minority equity positions and various forms of debt and preferred equity, to meet the needs of our partners. We are opportunistic and agile, seeking investments where we can provide valuable financial, operational, and governance expertise to strengthen business ventures. We invest in Canada and the Western United States.
