Headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, we are a private investment firm with three investment pillars: real estate, operating businesses, and capital markets. Led by Stuart Belkin and guided by an experienced leadership team, our firm operates with a generational investment philosophy passed down since the late 1940’s, by founders Morris and Helen Belkin. We are a multi-generation family-owned investment company whose origins date back to the late 1940’s. Built on honest, loyal, and long-standing relationships, we work collaboratively with business leaders and their management teams to meet the needs of tomorrow. Whether as an owner, operator, partner, or investor, we are committed to long-term success. We have a proven track record of investment and operational excellence, in both Canada and the United States. Given our knowledgeable team and flexible nature, we are willing to look at investments in mature businesses in industries with growth potential. Generally, we do not participate in venture investment.

In addition to control equity investments, our team is willing to consider investments in minority equity positions and various forms of debt and preferred equity, to meet the needs of our partners. We are opportunistic and agile, seeking investments where we can provide valuable financial, operational, and governance expertise to strengthen business ventures. We invest in Canada and the Western United States.
