Courtney O’Keefe works alongside Executive Managing Director CJ Osbrink and the West Coast Capital Markets team to provide investment sales consulting and services. Courtney assists with production and service- related assignments, including report and document preparation, generation of market survey materials, timeline management, contract presentation preparation and abstraction. She acts as a point of contact for current and potential clients and vendors.

Courtney also coordinates and executes various philanthropic events on behalf of her team. Having worked with organizations such as Vista Colina Emergency Shelter, a brank of Central Arizona Shelter Services.
