Bio
Conor Kelley is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new investment opportunities throughout South Florida. Mr. Kelley graduated from Florida State University in 2015 with a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate. Upon graduation, he joined Ram in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL office where he spent three years working as an investment analyst. In 2018 he relocated to Charlotte in order to support the company’s efforts in the Carolinas as an investment associate. In 2021, he returned to the Palm Beach Gardens office as an investment associate. Mr. Kelley is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
