Our multifamily projects range from suburban infill garden or mid-rise, to urban high-rise. Our retail projects are primarily grocery-anchored shopping centers. Our mixed-use projects typically include both components. If a substantial portion of the mixed-use project involves a use other than retail or multifamily (i.e., major office or hotel), we bring in a partner.
We focus on infill locations in high-growth areas, often near demand drivers such as employment hubs, universities, hospital systems and transit. We are typically able to access investments through relationships we have cultivated in the community.
Equity is provided by Ram-sponsored discretionary funds, co-investment vehicles, and joint ventures. Our partners include public pension plans, endowments, insurance companies, family offices, and other global institutions. Debt is provided by a select group of institutional lenders, primarily commercial banks.
