Chris brings energy and a fresh perspective to his role as a principal at KLNB, specializing in the sale of retail shopping centers in the Mid-Atlantic region and net-leased assets throughout the country. He provides steadfast advisory services on acquisitions, dispositions, debt/equity financing, underwriting, property marketing, bankruptcy, and distressed assets. Chris thrives on the variety of challenges retail real estate presents, rising to the challenge of tailoring each strategy to clients’ unique expansion objectives or investment goals.

Chris draws on nearly a decade of investment sales experience at Marcus & Millichap; he helped open the firm’s Baltimore office in 2016 and was consistently recognized as a top sales agent in their DC and Baltimore offices as a partner in their Mid-Atlantic retail investment sales group—one of the top-producing teams at a firm of over 2,000 agents.

Chris graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in International Business and a minor in Economics.
