Charles Russell

Charles Russell recently joined G4 in 2020 and supports the firm's investment underwriting, origination, and asset management efforts. Mr. Russell is also an active member of G4's fund operations and investor relations team. Prior to joining G4, Mr. Russell underwrote, marketed, and sold key commercial properties within CBRE's NYC Investment Sales Group. While working on the team, he spearheaded the disposition and acquisition of over $6 billion in commercial and development real estate. Mr. Russell began his post-graduate career at SkyWorks Capital where he was engaged in restructuring airlines and aviation-related leasing companies, advising airlines on fleet growth strategies, and structuring aircraft financing. Mr. Russell graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
