G4 Capital Partners (“G4”) is a middle-market, real estate bridge lending group, created to capitalize on perceived inefficiencies in the real estate finance market.

G4 was co-founded by Louis Silverman, Robyn Sorid and Jason Behfarin and operates under the umbrella of the G4 Companies. Since its launch in 2005, G4 has originated and funded over 200 loans with a combined in excess of $2.1 billion.

G4’s principal focus is on senior secured transitional loans in the Northeast with a core focus on the NYC metro markets. However, G4 employs an opportunistic approach and considers ancillary lending and equity opportunities in real estate consistent with the group’s risk adjusted return philosophy.
