Charles Levine

Charles Levine serves as Head of Risk and Compliance at NorthBridge. Charles has over 11 years of real estate experience primarily in real estate debt capital markets with a focus on CMBS, MBS and Agency debt (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae). Prior to joining NorthBridge, Charles worked at Colliers Boston leading the financial analysis team supporting brokerage groups in the Boston office. He also worked as an MBS Broker at BGC Partners (a public spin-off of Cantor Fitzgerald) and a CMBS underwriter for Situs Companies focused on the Credit Suisse platform, as well as for the Vintage Group, LLC helping source, acquire and manage rent stabilized apartment properties in New York City.
