NorthBridge acquires, modernizes and develops small-to-mid-sized final mile industrial real estate assets located near dense population centers. NorthBridge identifies assets near major markets on the east coast; that are critical to the modern e-commerce supply chain and final mile delivery and are located in densely populated areas where industrial tenant demand is high, but lack of available land restricts new supply.
