Chad Carstensen

Mr. Carstensen leads investor relations and capital raising efforts. In addition to those responsibilities, Mr. Carstensen is a member of the investment advisory board and proactively monitors investment performance and reporting. Since Asymmetria’s inception, Mr. Carstensen has played a supporting role in the sourcing, underwriting, and managing of Asymmetria’s diverse portfolio. During this time, Asymmetria has transacted on $1.2bn of assets across various asset classes comprising of – multifamily, office, retail, agriculture, self-storage, industrial, and hospitality. Mr. Carstensen received his MBA and an undergraduate degree from the Paul R. Carter College of Business at Harding University.
