Asymmetria Group, LLC was founded in 2014, as an opportunistic investment company. We provide high net worth investors and our family office partners with access to private markets through an institutional quality sponsor network. While remaining capital stack agnostic, we seek to find asymmetric investment opportunities. Our core investment objectives include a keen focus on capital preservation, cash flow driven total rate of return, and tax efficiency – capturing incremental upside, while mitigating downside risk. To date, Asymmetria Group has raised over $175mm of capital from investors. Alongside our sponsors we’ve collectively transacted on over $1.2B in assets. As a passive investor it is critical to determine there is an alignment of interest between you and the manager. To ensure this alignment, Asymmetria board members commit personal capital to each deal underwritten and brought to the platform. As our partners succeed, so do we.
