Bryan Hekemian leads the Hekemian & Co. Development Team, planning and reviewing all pre-development activities. Bryan is also responsible for policy making decisions regarding Hekemian’s Management Division, and is a key member of the Acquisitions and Development Due Diligence Team. He has over 30 years’ experience in the real estate business. Bryan’s memberships and affiliations include: Founding Member of the Board of Directors, Main Street Special Improvement District, Hackensack, NJ; Member, International Council of Shopping Centers; Member, National Association of Home Builders; Member, Advisory Board, Oritani Bank; Former Member, Fee Arbitration Committee for Attorneys Ethics; Former Member, Board of Trustees, Chairman of the Long Term Planning Committee, and Chairman of the Buildings and Grounds Committee, Armenian Presbyterian Church, Paramus, NJ. Education: B.S./Business Administration, Villanova University
