Brandon Peters

Brandon Peters is the Director of Construction for TIMGMT. Mr. Peters has over 25 years of experience in the home building industry. Most recently he brought a division that averaged $4M in profit to upwards of $7M and enhanced multiple aspects of the business by improving overall measurable metrics in departments such as Construction, Warranty, Purchasing, Cycle Time. Prior to this, Mr. Peters worked for a National Homebuilder for 17 years in multiple aspects and multiple divisions of the company as a Vice President where he analyzed Operations of the business on how to become more profitable. Early in his career, he worked in all aspects of field management, and he has built every level of home from single-family to multi-family. He has worked in multiple states and holds multiple contractor licenses and certifications. Mr. Peters received his B.A. Degree from Western State University.
