As a full-service real estate firm with leasing and property management at our heart, we've invested a significant portion of our resources in tenant retention, state-of-the-art marketing, and effective maintenance and property management programs. This has helped us adapt to a radically shifting retail landscape, working with new and nontraditional tenants, using social media to connect to our shoppers, and adjusting our acquisition and management criteria to maximize returns to our investors.

Because we have never lost the human touch, we understand that our centers are not just places for customers to shop; rather they are destinations for communities to gather throughout the year and create experiences. As an owner and manager of community and neighborhood retail centers in the Northeast, we understand that serving our time-pressed shoppers and communities now requires a very different set of tenants and expectations than just a few years ago. Our open-air projects now contain a variety of tenants and experiences: traditional, supermarket and off-price shopping, restaurants, entertainment, everyday services, fitness centers, and even medical facilities. More than just retail centers, our developments, re-developments and acquisitions now focus on mixed-use properties and on freestanding ground-lease developments that become part of shoppers' everyday lives.
