Benjamin Papizan is an Associate on Franklin Street’s Multifamily Investment Sales team in Atlanta, Georgia, where he primarily serves markets across North Georgia.

After earning his degree in Finance from Louisiana State University, Benjamin completed Franklin Street’s Accelerator Associate Program, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate industry and the firm’s integrated service platform. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Georgia.

Working alongside the Atlanta Multifamily team, Benjamin focuses on market analysis, deal structuring, and representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets. He holds a high standard of excellence as well as a strong commitment to client service.
