Bio
Avi Zukerman is Managing Director of Originations at Fairbridge Asset Management, where he structures bridge and construction financing for transitional and value-add real estate nationwide. With nearly two decades in real estate finance — spanning origination, securitization, and capital markets — Avi brings both institutional depth and entrepreneurial execution. Before Fairbridge, he led originations at Rok Lending, closing over $200MM in transactions, and began his career at Credit Suisse, contributing to more than $2.5B in CMBS deals. Avi is a graduate of UC Berkeley and holds an MBA in Finance from CSU Northridge.
