Andrew Pilchick

Andrew Pilchick is the Director of Originations for SKW Funding. In his role, Andrew facilitates investment origination and execution for SKW, focusing on both performing loan originations and non-performing note acquisitions. Andrew has diverse experience within the alternative investment industry, including new fund launches for a global investment management company and the direct origination of over $250,000,000 of ground up construction and transitionary financing. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from University of Florida's Warrington College of Business. He also holds a Master of Arts in International Business from University of Florida's Hough Graduate School of Business. During his Master's, he studied at University College London's Management Science and Innovation program
