The Principals of SKW Funding have collective experience of over 100 years in the commercial real estate industry, including financing, investing, and management of buildings in the Greater New York area as well as in other primary and select secondary United States markets. Founded in 2014, SKW Funding provides all types of lending including, including first lien, mezzanine, and note financing, in all categories of commercial real estate. SKW Funding actively pursues sub- and non-performing note acquisitions secured by commercial real estate throughout the United States. The Principals of SKW Funding own related real estate businesses that provide synergistic capabilities to the SKW Funding platform. Dalan Management is a real estate investment and management firm that owns, operates, and manages a portfolio of multifamily and commercial properties in major metros nationwide. Dalan currently owns and operates over sixty five properties comprised of approximately 2,000 residential units and 100 commercial units across more than 2,000,000 square feet. Dalan also maintains a property management company with more than sixty employees.
