Andrew Montemayor joined Prescott Group in 2021 as a Sourcing Analyst for real assets and debt acquisitions. He works closely with the leads of both debt and commercial property acquisitions along with company leadership in the management of sourcing and researching debt. Andrew’s focus is on the sourcing of leads for sub-performing, non-performing, CMBS pools, and REO loans collateralized by residential and all commercial real estate types. 

Prior to joining Prescott, Andrew worked at Goldman Sachs as part of the CRE Warehouse Financing Asset Management team. While at Goldman, Andrew asset managed Goldman’s CRE repo lines with public/private mortgage REITs and debt funds. Throughout his career, Andrew has experience working on multifamily, office, hospitality, industrial, mixed use, self-storage, and retail properties.
