Andreas Efthymiou is Vice President in the Investment Sales group at RIPCO Real Estate. Throughout his real estate career, he has been involved in the aggregate sale of over $1.5 billion in transactions in the capital markets. His experience covers a wide selection of asset classes and he has extensive knowledge in the development and industrial markets throughout Queens and Brooklyn.

Prior to joining RIPCO, Andreas worked as a Director of Capital Markets and Investment Sales at Cushman & Wakefield. Andreas earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Economics from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where he was a member of Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity. He also holds an International Business Certificate, volunteers at the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, Habitat for Humanity, as well as other non-profit organizations. Andreas is trilingual, an avid tennis player, golfer and enjoys the outdoors.
