Bio
Amanda Moreno-Lake has been in the construction and real estate business for over twenty years. She is currently serving as the President of Redevelopment at Jim Lake Companies and as an active general partner in several investments. She has completed the redevelopment of the downtown square in Waxahachie and is currently focusing on the redevelopment of the downtown square in Ennis, Cedar Hill, and Grand Prairie. Aside from real estate and construction, Amanda has owned her own fair share of businesses including a hair salon, western-wear store, trucking company, and is currently working on opening several restaurants. In addition to Amanda’s business operations and partnerships, she has been part of the DART Board of Directors since 2013, serving as Chairwoman of the Planning Committee. She is also on the Dallas Arboretum Board of Directors, is a Bishop Dunne Ambassador, co-founder of Mammogram Poster Girls, and past Chairwoman of the Board for the Oak Cliff Chamber of Commerce and the Fair Park Texas Foundation Board of Directors. She was named and nominated again for the Dallas 500 in D Magazine.
