Amanda Henry

As Development Manager Amanda Henry works with the development team primarily on build to suit warehouses. Her responsibilities include site selection and evaluation, preliminary design and entitlement efforts, due diligence, land planning, and contract negotiation. Prior to joining Scannell in 2016 as Development Associate, Amanda worked on the project management team for a general contractor where she managed construction and renovation projects for large healthcare facilities. Most recently she worked as an engineer for a large tool and construction materials company where she consulted with structural engineers on design and specifications of construction products. Amanda holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University.
