Alexandra Marolda stands as a Director within the Tri-State Investment Sales Team. Born and raised on the Upper West Side, Alexandra was introduced in the real estate world from an early age. With over five years of invaluable experience on the principal side, she seamlessly transitioned her expertise to Avison Young.

Starting her real estate career as a Property Manager, she oversaw a diverse real estate portfolio encompassing 1,200 residential units and 50 retail spaces across Manhattan and the Greater New York City area. Demonstrating her dynamism, Alexandra ascended to the role of Senior Asset Manager, spearheading renovations, supervising Property Managers and Leasing Managers, and strategic acquisitions.

Joining Avison Young in 2019, Alexandra swiftly emerged as an invaluable asset, a go-to resource not only for her team but also for the broader real estate sphere. While her initial focus encompassed multi-family/mixed-use assets and retail, she has $700 million in commercial real estate deals. Her adaptability has rendered her an expert across diverse asset classes, including development/land deals, office, and mixed-use assets.

Beyond her commitments to sales excellence, Alexandra passionately invests her time in fostering community and empowerment. She co-founded the Avison Young New York City Women’s Network in 2022, dedicating herself to its advancement. Furthermore, her role as Avison Young’s New York City Emerging Leaders Ambassador from 2021 - 2023 underscores her commitment to nurturing the next generation of real estate leaders and giving back to her community through volunteer initiatives. She also joined SparkYouth’s Co-factor Council in 2024 to further this initiative.
