Adam Koplewicz

Adam Koplewicz is a Director responsible for sourcing, structuring, underwriting and execution of EJS investments. Prior to joining EJS, Adam was Vice President – New Development at Quinlan Development Group, a New York-based real estate developer. While at Quinlan, Mr. Koplewicz was a member of the executive team responsible for new acquisitions, project management and capital structuring, and oversaw the completion of over 350,000 square feet of new development. Earlier in his career, Mr. Koplewicz was an Assistant Vice President at AllianceBernstein in the Real Estate Investment Group where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, execution and asset management across real estate asset types. Mr. Koplewicz began his career at Goldman Sachs working in various real estate groups including the Real Estate Principal Investment Area (the Whitehall Funds, GS Real Estate Mezzanine Fund), Real Estate Investment Banking, and internal real estate asset management/development. Mr. Koplewicz graduated with B.A. in Urban Studies from Brown University and earned his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
