EJS Credit

EJS is a New York City-based real estate development and financing company backed by the principals of the LS Power Group, a developer, investor and operator of power generation, transmission and energy infrastructure projects in North America.

EJS was founded with the intent to utilize proprietary capital and leverage its specialized project development and real estate expertise to invest directly in real estate development opportunities across primary markets in the United States, with an emphasis on the New York metropolitan area. By investing directly with readily available private capital, EJS is positioned to invest opportunistically, able to mitigate development and execution risk, and able to appropriately capitalize its projects to withstand volatile investment cycles.

EJS's flexible capital allows it to invest either as the project developer (EJS Development) or the project lender (EJS Credit) depending on market conditions.
