Bio
Aaron joined the South Duvall team in 2019. As an Asset Manager, Aaron is involved in each phase of the building ownership life cycle, from acquisition to disposition. He assists in the acquisition process by evaluating due diligence materials and creating analyses that determine the value of prospective properties. He maintains financial models, and tracks budgets and financial performance throughout the ownership period. He is the primary point of contact with debt and equity partners, creating monthly reporting packages and capital call requests. Aaron earned a B.S. in Business Administration with majors in the areas of Finance and Marketing from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
