South Duvall is a commercial real estate investor based out of Rockville, MD focusing on value-add properties and select stabilized properties. Founded in 2017 by Robert Scheer, its principals have a two-decade track record of creating value through repositioning existing real estate assets throughout the Washington, D.C. Metro Area. While experienced in all asset classes, South Duvall is known for its expertise in Life Science, Health Care and Technology real estate.

Robert Scheer is a commercial real estate industry veteran. He is the founder of Scheer Partners, Inc. a full service commercial real estate services company. He has leased millions of square feet of commercial real estate up and down the east coast and acquired over one million square feet of commercial real estate. Robert is supported by Director of Acquisitions, Matt Brown. Matt has been with South Duvall from its founding, coming out of Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business with his Master’s of Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate.

Due to South Duvall’s experience in leasing, construction management, and property management, it is attracted to specific projects that involve a lot of capital investment, complicated and difficult leasing assignments and unique property management challenges.
