Aaron Ryskalczyk

Aaron Ryskalczyk joined the Seattle office of Washington Capital in August 2008. Prior to beginning his career with WaCap, Aaron worked as an Intern at Kilroy Realty and worked for a local construction company as a Bid Estimator. Aaron’s responsibilities include asset management of Seattle and Anchorage property types as well as work with development and joint venture partners on new construction. Aaron’s main area of focus is the industrial and warehouse asset class, and he has been involved in over 1 million square feet of new industrial warehouse construction while working at Washington Capital. Aaron graduated from the University of Southern California with a BA in Business Management with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance. In May 2019, Aaron completed the University of Washington Certificate in Commercial Real Estate program. Aaron is active in the local National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP) chapter, having sat on the developing leaders committee for over four years.
