Overview
The Evergreen Elementary School District (“EESD”) is seeking proposals from qualified development partners to ground lease and redevelop the Evergreen Portfolio (“Property(ies)” or “Site(s)”), three former school district properties across San Jose.
Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (“JLL”) has been retained as the exclusive advisor to source proposals to ground lease and redevelop the Properties.
The Properties are available to be ground leased either separately or together.
