Fully renovated, recently completing the AmericInn Full Pursuit PIP, the Hotel is available as a turnkey asset, with renovated front desk, lobby, and breakfast areas, new artwork, light fixtures, repainted guestrooms and common areas, and new wall mounted 50” TVs in every guestroom. Each room features new RFID door locks, case goods, carpet, backlit LED vanity mirrors, and toilets. Fresh exterior paint, a new parking lot, pool deck, and pool HVAC/air exchanger have also been completed. Due to the recency of this complete renovation, we expect a minimal change of ownership PIP.
