Pine Hill Residential + Industrial is a planned 36-acre mixed-use development at 141 Berlin-Cross Keys Road in the Borough of Pine Hill, Camden County, New Jersey. The residential program comprises 138 apartment units in two four-story buildings (92 one-bedroom and 46 two-bedroom units, 656–1,232 SF, averaging 882 SF), with a 2,611 SF community space, clubroom, fitness center, office and lobby in Building 1. The site plan also includes two warehouse buildings totaling 212,695 SF. Site-wide parking is 487 surface spaces including 49 EV. Flood Zone X; NJDEP LOI found no freshwater wetlands on site.
