Tyler Lackey focuses on self storage investment sales and advisory at Lee and Associates Charlotte, working with owners across North Carolina and the Southeast. He provides valuation support, market insight, and strategic guidance for owners evaluating their options in today’s market.

Tyler’s work includes underwriting, financial modeling, buyer outreach, and consistent engagement with operators across the region. He stays closely connected to market activity and regularly reviews updated performance data with owners to help them plan their next steps.

He is currently completing his degree at UNC Charlotte, graduating in May 2026 with a Finance major and a concentration in Real Estate, and holds his North Carolina real estate broker license. Tyler is an active member of ULI and IREM and remains engaged in the broader commercial real estate community.

While completing his degree, Tyler has already been trusted by owners to advise on their storage assets and has secured listings within his first few months in brokerage. He splits his time between Charlotte and key coastal markets and aims to be a long-term resource for owners seeking clarity, valuation guidance, or support in preparing for a future sale.
