Paradise Village is a planned mid-rise mixed-use development at Hall Street and Paradise Street in Phoenixville Borough, Pennsylvania. The Bergmann Design presentation plans (February 2025) show a 200-unit residential program with ground-floor commercial space including a high-turnover restaurant (4,500 SF), coffee shop (3,670 SF), and small office (4,500 SF). The lower level is structured parking with access from Hall Street; the plans provide 241 residential parking spaces and 87 retail spaces, including EV stalls.
