The Hotel is newly developed, and just opened in September 2025. It features block and steel construction.
The Property lies at the heart of Florida’s famed Emerald Coast, a tagline designation for the corridor of fine, white-sanded beaches that stretches from Panama City Beach to Pensacola Beach.
The local Miramar Beach/Sandestin trade area encompasses a +/-10 mile stretch from Henderson State Park to the Grand Boulevard, an upscale shopping mall that is Sandestin’s unofficial downtown.
