Overview

The ETP Portfolio presents a unique investment opportunity to acquire five high-performing industrial and retail assets across Arizona, New Mexico, and Illinois. Totaling ±174,258 SF and 91% leased, the portfolio is owned by ETP Funding, LLC, the former ownership group of Elevate Trampoline Parks.

 

Elevate was recently acquired by Northrim Horizon (https://northrimhorizon.com/), a private equity firm based in Mesa, AZ, that plans to expand with 2–4 new locations annually across the United States. Following the business sale, Elevate executed new 7-year NNN lease agreements beginning 1/1/2024 across the portfolio, ensuring consistent income through 2031.
