The Sponsor is seeking an equity partner for Aspect, which will be an integral part of the larger WestEnd redevelopment. This Project will be a part of a transformational placemaking development which is anchored by a $2B+ Inova Hospital spanning over 1.1MM SF, over 2,500 residential units, 300K SF of retail, 100K SF of medical office, four acres of parks and a regional transit hub. Aspect will feature 390 multifamily units with 66K SF of retail. Aspect offers an Investor a rare opportunity to be a part of a generational placemaking development.
