Overview

Newmark has been exclusively retained by ownership to arrange for the sale of 928-930 Second Avenue. The ~20,750 SF mixed-use walkup buildings are located on the east side of Second Avenue between 49th and 50th Streets in the Midtown East neighborhood of Manhattan.
