Prior to joining Heartland, Evan worked at University of Washington Capital Planning & Development contributing to the oversight of the University’s off campus real estate interests. 

Evan received a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Finance from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington State University. Evan is a 2019 Runstad Fellow, a member of ULI and NAIOP, and is a licensed Managing Broker in the State of Washington.
