Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. and Graham & Company, LLC are pleased to offer for sale a new 459,680 SF distribution building in Montgomery, Alabama, fully leased to Mobis Alabama, LLC.

Mobis Alabama, LLC is part of the Hyundai Motor Group conglomerate. MALLC manufactures auto parts and is a primary supplier of after sale auto parts throughout the US for Hyundai, Kia and Genesis cars. Mobis America, Inc. (MAINC) guarantees the lease. Both entities are 100% owned by Hyundai Mobis Co., LTD, which is also the largest shareholder of Hyundai Motor Company (HMC). HMC manufactures all Hyundai and Genesis cars.

Montgomery is the state capital of Alabama. It is also the home for: Hyundai’s first US auto plant; auto parts manufacturers; Maxwell-Gunter AirForce base; the new CSX Intermodal container yard (under construction) which will connect with the Port of Mobile; two new expensive beverage facilities totaling $1 Billion in costs; and Meta’s new 715,000 SF, $800 Million data center (under construction).
